"Not much choice for what I needed"
I went on batteryworld.com thinking I’d be able to find a few decent options for a replacement battery, but the selection felt limited. I kind of expected more right away, since, you know, it’s a battery store.
They do have some of the common stuff, so if you need something basic you might be fine. But once I started looking for a less usual size or brand, the options thinned out quickly, which was frustrating.
In the end, I still had to go check other sites anyway, so it didn’t really save me much time. Maybe it works for standard batteries, but for what I needed, it just wasn’t enough...

The site was clunky for me. Search felt confusing, and checkout took way more taps than it should have. It kind of works when it wants to, but the whole process was annoying enough that I almost gave up

I ordered a battery using their fitment checker because it said it would fit my car, but once I got it, it didn’t line up properly and the terminals were on the wrong side. Frustrating, especially because I feel like this is the kind of issue I keep running into with online fitment tools. The return process was fine, but I still lost time and ended up having to buy one locally. They really need to improve the fitment info on the site.

"Clean, easy visit with no hassle"
I stopped by Battery World last week and had a good experience. The store was clean, the shelves were tidy, and it was easy to move around without boxes or clutter in the way, which I definitely appreciated.
The only small thing I noticed was the counter area could’ve used a quick wipe, but the place still felt well looked after. I’d be happy to go back

"Really quick service"
I ordered a new battery and, to be honest, I wasn’t really sure how long it would all take. The site seemed easy enough to use, and the confirmation came through pretty much straight away, which was a good start.
Delivery ended up being quicker than I expected too. I didn’t have to chase anything or sit around waiting for updates, and the battery arrived in good condition. Got it fitted the same day, so I’d probably use Battery World again.

"Still holding up really well"
I picked up a replacement battery from Battery World a while ago, it’s lasted way longer than I expected. I thought it might start fading by now, but it’s still holding charge really well and hasn’t given me any trouble. Definitely saved me from having to buy another one sooner. I’m happy with it and would go back to them again when I need another battery.

"I went in expecting the usual hard..."
I went in expecting the usual hard sell and was ready to be a bit grumpy about it. But nope, total opposite. They just explained which battery I needed, why it made sense, and didn’t try to upsell me on a bunch of extras. I was suspicious for about two minutes, then I was like, okay, this is actually really helpful. Battery worked fine, the whole thing was easy, and it saved me from guessing. I’d definitely use Battery World again.

"Decent service, but I felt passed around"
The staff were polite and seemed like they knew what they were doing, so I can’t really complain too much. But the replies were a little slow, and I felt like I got passed around a bit before getting a clear answer. Nobody was rude or anything, it just could’ve been explained better and handled more smoothly. I got what I needed in the end, but it was a average experience overall.

I’ve booked them twice now, and both times they showed up exactly when they said they would. It’s a small thing, but it makes a big difference when you’re trying to plan your day and don’t want to chase anyone down. Solid, dependable service.

I checked batteryworld.com after a few other places were out of stock, and luckily they actually had the battery I needed. Finding the right one was straightforward, which was a relief because I’d already wasted time looking elsewhere.
The order itself went fine, but I did get a little annoyed because some of the communication wasn’t as clear as it could’ve been. I didn’t love having to wonder about a couple of details, but in the end the battery was available, the purchase worked out, and I’d probably use them again.

I had a really good experience with Battery World. As someone who’s definitely not a battery expert, I wasn’t sure which one I needed, so I sent them a quick message and got a clear reply quickly.
The person I spoke to was friendly and didn’t make me feel awkward for asking what were probably basic questions. They helped me figure out the right battery and also explained how delivery would work, which made the whole thing feel much easier.
The battery arrived fine and works exactly as expected. i’m just happy it was straightforward and didn’t turn into a hassle. I’d definitely use them again.
